On March 20, Former Chongqing City Mayor Huang Qifan (Vice-Chairperson of Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of the National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China ) and his team visited Onecooo, discussing about issues such as Onecooo’s settlement in Chongqing City, two parties’ cooperation in creating a nationwide offline big data processing and handling base, as well as a big data storage center and an internet+ application center of the five provinces in Southwest China.
