At the “Third China • Hebei Civilians and Civil-Military Integration and National Defense Industry Collaborative Innovation Achievements Exhibition” held by Langfang City, Hebei Province on October 28, 2016, the domestic leading big data basic service supplier---Onecooo Benchmark Technology Co., Ltd. co-signed the all-around strategic cooperation agreement with Huawei Technology Corporation and Langfang Municipal Government announcing that Langfang City of Hebei Province would be the base to establish and radiate its nation-wide big data industry application platform, forge the big data industry chain, and drive the big data industry to reach a scale of CNY100 billion, with the advantages of Onecooo's semantic thesaurus, big data processing, mining and other algorithm systems coupled with Huawei’s end to end software and hardware technologies.
It was reported that Huawei technologies would make full use of its own resources advantages to provide equipment support for Onecooo’s big data storage/calculation and to assist in realizing the goals of application and popularization of big data product during this strategic cooperation. Onecooo would support Huawei’s server to transform from calculation/storage cloud services to big data cloud services, promoting Huawei’s client to upgrade from product value to content value. At the same time, Huawei technology would combine the “strivers oriented” and strong execution power with Onecooo’s dedication on big data as well as excellent creativity during the past 20 years, in order to create a new time spirit and new business cooperation mode. Meanwhile, Onecooo and Huawei would work together to cultivate high-end big data talents.
The Big Data Semantic Thesaurus developed by Onecooo with 20 years efforts involved more than 1, 100 scientific research institutions (including Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University, Peking University, National Bureau of Statistics of China, National Library of China), more than 90,000 personnel and more than 60,000 reference books, covering 134 sectors and 963 industries. New knowledge and new words discover for themselves and update automatic. We own the intellectual property right over the independently researched developed core application algorithm systems for collecting, storing, processing and mining of big data. It is a China’s National Information Resources Development and Application Pilot Program and has passed the professional evaluation by Advisory Committee for State Informatization of China. The achievement has been published as the national and industrial standard of China.
According to Onecoo’s big data platform development planning, it shall spend 3 to 5 years to build a knowledge creation and innovation oriented big data platform from data to information, then from information to knowledge. The platform will serve and support such technology applications as internet, mobile internet, VR, artificial intelligence. It will also support the applications of traditional Chinese enterprises for their internet+ upgrade and transformation, back up the Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Initiative, and forge the first big data industry application ecology that coves all industries and all disciplines nation-wide.
The three-party strategic cooperation was well supported by leaders of Hebei Province and the city government. In the afternoon of October 29, 2016, Onecooo made product demonstration and special reports to the following leaders: Hebei Province’s governor Zhang Qingwei, Hebei Province’s government secretary general Zhu Haowen, Industry and Information Technology Department of Hebei Province director Gong Xiaofeng, Hebei Industrial Bureau for National Defence Science and Technology director Xu Zhenchuan, Hebei Province Science and Technology Department director Wang Zhixin, Langfang Municipal Party Committee Secretary FengShaohui, Langfang City Mayor Chen Ping, and was highly praised by the above leaders. According to the three-party agreement, Langfang City Government shall positively support Onecooo’s settlement in the Langfang by industry policies as well as industry fund, promoting the transformation and upgrade from traditional industry to big data services in Hebei Province’.
